British rocker Yungblud refused to let a badly injured leg slow him down—crowd-surfing through thousands of fans in a wheelchair just one week after a dirt bike accident.

For most artists, a serious leg injury would mean cancelled shows, rest and recovery.

For Yungblud, it apparently meant finding a wheelchair and heading straight into the crowd.

The British rocker, whose legal name is Dominic Harrison, stunned fans at Portugal’s Vilar de Mouros Festival when he launched himself into the audience while sitting in a wheelchair.

With his injured leg heavily bandaged and propped up, Yungblud was carried above the crowd by thousands of cheering concertgoers in one of the most chaotic—and memorable—moments of his current tour.

And yes, this happened just one week after he seriously injured his leg in a dirt bike accident.

A Wheelchair Couldn’t Stop the Show

Yungblud has built a reputation for high-energy performances and a close connection with his fans, but his latest show took things to another level.

Unable to move around the stage the way he normally would, the singer found another way to get closer to the audience.

The singer joked that he couldn’t afford to make long stops if he wanted to reach the next show on time.

That even led to an unexpected problem: finding somewhere to shower.

Yungblud documented a stop at a truck stop in France, where he managed to take a shower and, without a towel available, reportedly used an Ozzy Osbourne shirt to dry himself off.

It was hardly the glamorous rock-star lifestyle.

But for Yungblud, the mission was clear: keep moving and make the next gig.
