Neagley Cast: Who Stars in the Reacher Spinoff?
The Reacher universe has officially expanded with the launch of Neagley, and fans are now searching for the full cast of the new Prime Video spinoff.
All eight episodes of Neagley premiered on Prime Video on September 16, 2026, following the Season 4 finale of Reacher. The series puts Maria Sten’s Frances Neagley at the center of her own story, while Alan Ritchson returns as Jack Reacher in a guest role.
The new series follows Neagley, a former member of the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit and former colleague of Reacher, after she becomes involved in investigating the suspicious death of a friend from her past.
Who Is in the Neagley Cast?
The main Neagley cast includes Maria Sten, Greyston Holt, Adeline Rudolph, Jasper Jones, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman. Alan Ritchson also appears as Jack Reacher.
Maria Sten as Frances Neagley
Maria Sten reprises her Reacher role as Frances Neagley, the character at the heart of the spinoff.
Neagley is now working as a private investigator in Chicago. After learning that a beloved friend has died under suspicious circumstances, she begins an investigation that takes her into dangerous territory.
Sten previously played Neagley in the original Reacher series before moving into the lead role for the spinoff.
Greyston Holt as Detective Hudson Riley
Greyston Holt plays Detective Hudson Riley.
Riley becomes an important figure in Neagley’s investigation as she attempts to uncover what happened to her friend. Prime Video lists Holt among the principal cast, while current coverage identifies the character as a Chicago detective.
Adeline Rudolph as Renee Birdwhistle
Adeline Rudolph stars as Renee Birdwhistle.
Renee is part of the new ensemble surrounding Neagley as the series expands beyond the established Reacher characters.
Jasper Jones as Keno
Jasper Jones plays Keno, another character who becomes connected to Neagley’s investigation.
His role is part of the spinoff’s new group of characters introduced alongside Sten’s returning protagonist.
Matthew Del Negro as Pierce Woodrow
Matthew Del Negro plays Pierce Woodrow.
Woodrow is connected to the mystery Neagley is investigating, making him one of the new characters at the center of the show’s crime storyline.
Damon Herriman as Lawrence Cole
Damon Herriman rounds out the principal ensemble as Lawrence Cole.
Cole is another figure connected to the central investigation and the dangerous world Neagley enters while searching for answers.
Does Alan Ritchson Appear in Neagley?
Yes. Alan Ritchson returns as Jack Reacher, but he is a guest star rather than the lead of the spinoff.
Prime Video and Amazon’s official announcement both confirm Ritchson’s appearance. The series is designed around Neagley’s story, with Reacher serving as a connection to the original series.
That distinction is important for viewers expecting another full season centered on Ritchson. Neagley is instead built around Sten’s character and her life as a Chicago private investigator.
What Is Neagley About?
The series begins after Neagley learns that a close friend from her past has been killed in what appears to be a suspicious accident.
Rather than accepting the circumstances surrounding the death, she begins digging for answers. Her background with the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit and the skills she developed alongside Reacher become central to the investigation.
The story takes the character away from the main Reacher format while keeping the broader franchise connection intact.
Why Is the Neagley Cast Trending Now?
The timing is directly connected to the show’s debut.
Neagley premiered on Prime Video on September 16, 2026, making the cast newly relevant to viewers discovering the spinoff after watching the latest Reacher season. Prime Video’s listing confirms the September 16 release and identifies Sten, Holt and Jones among the cast, while Amazon’s official announcement provides the broader ensemble.
The launch also follows the conclusion of Reacher Season 4, creating a direct handoff between the parent series and its first spinoff. Paramount Television Studios announced the September 16 premiere as the point when Neagley would debut after the fourth season of Reacher.
For viewers searching “Neagley cast,” the key takeaway is that the new series is led by Maria Sten, supported by a new ensemble, with Alan Ritchson returning as Reacher in a guest capacity.
