ComplexCon 2026 Opens in Los Angeles With Playboi Carti, Major Sneaker Drops and 300+ Brands

ComplexCon’s 10th-anniversary edition is taking over the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena on Oct. 3–4, bringing together streetwear, sneakers, music, art, food and creator culture.

ComplexCon’s 10th-anniversary celebration has arrived in Los Angeles, bringing more than 300 brands, exclusive product releases, live performances and celebrity-led programming to the city for its first-ever Los Angeles edition.

The two-day event runs Saturday, Oct. 3, and Sunday, Oct. 4, across the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena. The convention floor is focused on fashion, sneakers, collectibles, art and food, while the evening concerts are being driven by a major 00pium takeover.

Playboi Carti and Hiroshi Fujiwara of Fragment Design are serving as artistic directors for the anniversary edition, putting music and streetwear at the center of the festival’s creative direction.

Playboi Carti and Ken Carson lead the 00pium lineup

The biggest music component is the 00pium takeover of the L.A. LIVE campus.

Ken Carson headlines Saturday night, Oct. 3, with HXG and ApolloRed1 also performing. Playboi Carti then closes the festival on Sunday, Oct. 4, alongside Destroy Lonely and F1lthy. The concerts are scheduled for Crypto.com Arena.

The 00pium presence extends beyond the stage, with artist-led booths, immersive environments, collaborations and limited products appearing across the ComplexCon experience.

Other artists and music communities involved in the wider programming include Lil Yachty, Travis Barker, Young Thug, Quavo, North West, Westside Gunn, NBA YoungBoy, LISA’s LLOUD and Wu-Tang, among others.

More than 300 brands are bringing exclusive drops

The marketplace is one of the main attractions for sneaker and streetwear fans.

ComplexCon says more than 300 brands and creative businesses are participating, with names including Nike, Fear of God, Gallery Dept., BAPE, Vans, Palm Angels, Ray-Ban, New Era, Timberland, Mitchell & Ness, Sp5der, Hellstar and Billionaire Boys Club.

Several exclusive releases are also part of the weekend. Announced sneaker drops include collaborations involving Nike, Vans and adidas, while Complex has noted that the published release list represents announced products and that surprise releases could still appear during the event.

Among the announced footwear releases are the Victor Victor x Nike Air Force 1 ’01 in yellow, LAAMS x Stash x Nike Air Force 1 customs, Badfriend x Nike Air Force 1 Low, Taller de Rafa x Nike Air Max Goadome Low and Satoshi Nakamoto x Vans Era “Lucky Charms – Blue.”

Kai Cenat, Cody Rhodes and more join the conversation

ComplexCon is also putting its live conversation programming front and center.

Saturday’s schedule includes a live edition of Sneaker Shopping featuring WWE star Cody Rhodes, along with discussions about Album of the Year and Streamer of the Year.

Kai Cenat is also scheduled to sit down with Fear of God founder Jerry Lorenzo for a conversation about creativity, entrepreneurship, influence and fashion.

Sunday brings another sneaker-focused discussion featuring Lil Yachty, Rich Paul and Shannon Sharpe, who will debate the year’s biggest releases and the Sneaker of the Year. A screening and conversation featuring Lyrical Lemonade founder Cole Bennett is also scheduled.

Why the Los Angeles debut is different

ComplexCon has previously held major editions in Las Vegas, including a 2025 event that drew more than 70,000 attendees. The move to Los Angeles expands the anniversary edition across the Convention Center and the nearby L.A. LIVE campus.

That larger footprint allows the festival to combine its traditional marketplace with concerts, food, creator programming, brand activations and live discussions in a single weekend.

For visitors heading to the convention itself, the Los Angeles Convention Center lists Saturday and Sunday hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The concerts take place separately at Crypto.com Arena.

ComplexCon 2026 therefore arrives as more than a conventional trade show or music festival. Its 10th-anniversary Los Angeles debut is bringing together the sneaker releases, streetwear collaborations, artists, creators and entertainment programming that have defined the event over the past decade.
